We hope you will love your purchase however we will gladly offer a full refund on orders from www.arunathebunny.com within 14 days of the ship date.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are received in their original condition - any items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return for a Refund or Exchange. Enclose the item in an approved national mail or courier bag.
Please Note: If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, Aruna the Bunny cannot be held responsible and we cannot refund shipping costs or any taxes/duties incurred.
HOW LONG DOES A RETURN / EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Returns - typically issued within 5-10 business days from receipt of your package at our head office.
Please Note: It can take 3-5 days for the credit to appear in your bank account due to varying banking process times within differing financial organisations.
Exchanges - a new order will be created as soon as the original item has been received at our head office and you will receive an order confirmation email. When your new order ships, you will receive an email from us.
